so i have may done something that has caused chau to be mad/sad... tho in one point of view, i wasnt wrong... people who play that game (besides doris) is getting way way too addicted to it... like tuesday we went to BWW, she couldnt stay off her phone to eat 10 wings... >_> thats bad imo.. but in another point of view, if anyone took my phone or my camera, id be mad/sad too.. =.= iunoe !

oh yah... eat breakfast more too. lol

New Year. New Resolutions. A New Beginning.

So i came to think of some things i can do this year...

1 - Completely drop Chau in considering anything more than a friend. Maybe max good friend.

2 - Concentrate on GREs and the classes im taking this semester

3 - Self improvement. Either continue and get better in tennis or badminton... or maybe pick up something new thats more interesting than goin to the gym and doin the same thing over n over or in circles...

4 - maybe ill contact sheila again.. she was a nice girl... smart, lazy, outgoing, kind of shy (lol past 4 things i mentioned contradict eachother), really easy to talk to, naturally pretty (even tho she does these kind of weird poses for pictures but what can you expect, she was born in hong kong...), shes fairly tall, esp for a girl and coming from HK and speaks canto... ooh ooh loves joey too ^__^ lol

5 - depending on the schedule these few months, maybe ill take up on the offer Leng has brought up to me to be introduced to Ted Federwitz, broker and owner of Key Realty, renowned across the country in doing a almost 1 billion dollars worth of business in the past like 20 years. Key Realty has about 60 something agents so if i were to be introduced and brought up to just that brokerage,... O.O
before i was given this idea, i had came up with the idea for going to some local, nearby real estate brokerages and offering my photography services b/c workin for ... 2 agents is SO not enough. LOL need money to spend when doris comes or just going out to eat normally... or have money saved up for vacation and what not :D

6 - if spring semester months go well, have GREs done and submitted apps for grad school... ill maybe consider taking real estate school for 4 weeks. only costs less than 500 dollars and books are provided. if i had planned better, i probably would have done the schooling already in the past fall months... oops?

hehe funny actually wanted someone to talk to last night but you were out.. ended up writing it up on here...

slept in again today (wow.. im sleeping more than 4 hrs while you are in vegas... SURPRISING !!!)

julie texted me earlier in the morning and asked if she can come along to her rental house.. and lunch before hand..

so thats what im gonna do today...

lunch with julie
go to the rental house in africa (actually i havent looked up where it was... )
then come home to have "teun leen fan" with family

school starts tomorrow for me... dododo

lunch with u tomorrow..
class..
break...
class...
dinner with u tomorrow
meeting with boss and web designer

then back to the school life after that =3 as always i enjoy seeing you. =]

oh i should head out now lol

funny how it takes the supposedly happy times into times that show u the truth and make it not so happy =/

i know you told me so and i still went head first into it..

as happy as i may be that george is talkin to me again... iunoe if it was a good thing. but i guess it shows me something else in another way... it is hard to let go :( even tho i said i will stop goin after chau, still have lingering feelings... and i never even had her as a gf..

after piecing things together with chau's update saying she regrets doin something she would not do sober and janelle saying somethin about making out and paul/geo saying something about chau getting it on in the bathroom... = george + chau = making out. also explains i guess why she went to her car after dinner...

HMPH ! o well will try not to think about it much now..

school starts tomorrow... for me wednesday... hopefully after you go home... i can concentrate on my GRE's and school. and thats it.

lol as i was writing this... thought i had a "ying hong gao mei" thing going but "duk goh gut" joh after i got there... lol took me like 10 minutes to find a parking spot... which is when you told me you didnt need me anymore... i decided to sit in the spot for like 10-15 minutes to make it more worth it finding the spot.. listened to some music while watching people pre-game in the garage lol...

do do dododo... yah iunoe if spending money on her is much worth it anymore.. i dont pay for her anymore.. we just pay for ourselves now when we go out to eat... xmas i didnt have anything special for her as a gift... bought her fav desage milk chocolate with hazelnuts today at neiman marcus... may be the last "Expensive" gift i get her... aside from feelin guilty from her getting me a new stainless steel tea kettle.. and had to have her exchange for a new one cuz the paint was chipping off...

so today during work, while we were in the kitchen preparing lunch, emily (boss) had told victor to tell justin (they were on the phone with eachother) to call emily's cell phone. i joked and said "yah like 2 hours later..." but expected him to call like right after he hung up. Guess what? 4-5 hours later... no call... this isnt the first time he's not picked up b/c of work or answered.. that's not what surprised me. He had told victor that he was house sitting because his father is out with fiance/wife .. out.. out of town something... ok legit reason i guess since they are getting married... but to find out 2 hours later you go out to happy hour at yard house... not only that you checked in, vi told me you were there.. double fail... not only did u ignore work, u lie and go out? told emily that and we are considering or rather now looking for someone or people to replace him now. no bueno to have a worker in the company like that.. me and leng have someone in mind for graphics design. need to find someone who can do coding and what not.
